Refund policy

Can I return an item?
You may return any item/s within 14 days from the date the item was delivered, for a full refund. This is providing you have the proof of purchase for the item/s and the box, item and contents are still in their original condition as purchased. Any unwanted item/s will need to be returned to boosty before any refund is issued.

A full refund or exchange will be permitted if you receive a faulty item. The item will need to be returned to boosty so the fault can be confirmed before any refund/exchange is issued.

Please note that any shipping costs for returning an item are the customers liability. We will refund any shipping costs for faulty items; however, we cannot accept responsibility for costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.

How do I return an item?
To start a return, please email us at: returns@theboosty.com. Please include your full name and the order number.

If you are requesting a return for a damaged or faulty product, please also include a description or pictures of the damage / fault. Please note faulty products will be tested to confirm the fault before any refund is processed. If the item is found to have no fault, any re-shipping costs are the customer’s liability.

Once the item has been received by boosty, please allow up to 3 working days for the return to be processed.

When a refund is processed, you will be sent an email to confirm. Please note that refunds usually take 3-5 working days, from the date the refund was confirmed, to reach your account.

I’ve received the wrong item.
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item from boosty, please get in touch with us at returns@theboosty.com and we will provide you with a free returns postage label which you can print at home.  As soon as we receive the returned items, we will send the correct item out to you.
